We picked up the 5th Wheeler from Cardiff, NSW in August 2010.
Our first trip was to Temora with an overnight stop at the Shell Service Centre at Sutton Forest.
We spent the first few months having short trips to Ladysmith, Temora, Griffith, the Deni Ute Muster and Burcher. This enabled us to set up the van and get used to living in it before we make any long trips.
Crawf had another hip replacement in November so we put the van into storage at Pine Vale for a couple of months until he was able to travel again.
Crawf is mobile again and we have picked up the van and are now getting everything ready, including ourselves, to head to Western Australia with an expected departure date of end of March 2011.
Slight set-back to the EDD, Crawf needs new glasses so new date is second weekend in April. The weather is getting cold and I am not happy, so we need to get moving. We have had all the services done, ourselves, the ute and the van, just a couple of things to get and check.
